How long does shipping take?
U.S. Orders: Shipping typically takes 7–14 business days. International Orders: Please allow 14–31 business days for delivery. Note: Some products may ship faster depending on availability, and shipping times may vary depending on the item’s origin. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is on the way.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number via email. You can check the status anytime on our Track Order page.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for most products. Items must be unused and in the same condition and packaging as when they arrived. Some items may have longer or shorter return periods — details will be listed on each product page.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll make it right — whether that means a replacement, refund, or store credit.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal and Shop payment.
I made a mistake on my order. Can I change or cancel it?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to help. Please contact us as soon as possible. Once an item has been processed or shipped, we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations.
Do you offer exchanges?
We don’t offer direct exchanges, but you can return your item within 30 days (if eligible) and place a new order for the correct product.
I didn’t get my confirmation or tracking email — what now?
Double check your spam or promotions folder. If it’s still missing, contact us and we’ll re-send your order info.
